Safelite AutoGlass Deepens Community Involvement in Salt Lake City with Three-Year Sponsorship of the Utah Jazz
SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Safelite AutoGlass®, a leading vehicle glass repair and replacement service provider in Salt Lake City, is now the preferred mobile auto glass company of the NBA’s Utah Jazz, in a 3-year partnership agreement.
Fans will want to cheer for their favorite Jazz rebounder… the Safelite AutoGlass “Master of the Glass” program will donate $5 per rebound for the Jazz player who rebounds the most for the year to the Utah Food Bank. Safelite AutoGlass has a long-standing relationship with the food bank, having raised and donated more than $7,000 in the last year. Recently, the Safelite AutoGlass team in Salt Lake City partnered with local insurance agents to offer customers free wiper blades in exchange for at least 5 cans/items of food to be donated to the Utah Food Bank. In addition, 9 area locations had food bins during the 2-month collection period. The team collected more than two tons of food and donated more than $1,000 dollars, which provides more than 7,000 meals. During the Salt Lake Bees season, Safelite AutoGlass donated $5 for every hit the Bees made. In total, the Bees made 1,274 hits resulting in $6,370 donation!
Additionally, Safelite AutoGlass will hold several Windshield Repair nights for season ticket holders in the Vivint Smart Home Arena parking lot with dates to be announced. The first official “Safelite AutoGlass Night” with the Jazz will be March 13, 2017.
