Safelite AutoGlass® Relocates Bakersfield, Calif. SuperCenter
BAKERSFIELD, Calif. – Jan. 20, 2014 - Safelite AutoGlass®, the nation’s largest provider of vehicle glass repair and replacement services, recently relocated its Bakersfield SuperCenter from 4751 White Lane to 3208 Pegasus Drive to better serve customers in the San Joaquin Valley area.
At 21,000 square feet, the brand new facility is two times as large as the old location and offers a 50-foot ceiling to triple the size of its inventory, which will allow for more same-day, next-day service – either in-shop at one of the two service bays or by mobile appointment.
Easily accessible from Highway 99, the new location offers customer convenience with a large, comfortable waiting area with TV and internet.
Dana Szczepanski was recently promoted from store manager to general manager to oversee the Bakersfield market. The location has 22 employees, including James Clarke, who serves as the technician manager, and Don Stuck, who serves as the warehouse supervisor. Additional staff is being added to accommodate for the larger space.
