I shattered the rear window on my Jeep JK. So my coworker told me to call Safelite because he used them before and had a great experience. So I called Safelite. From the moment I called Safelite they were professional, friendly and honest. They beat all their competitors by at least half. The installer was very personable, knowlegable and quick. This is my second experience using Safelite both after hail storms and neither my car. The first was my kid brother and so happy with the service that they were the only one I called when I had to help my mom. This time I had to use the mobile service appointment due to location and schedules. The mobile technician Nelson Reyes did an amazing job, my mom and always the critic father had nothing but compliments for the service they received. Hats off to Nelson and the entire Safelite team.

I called my insurance company Wednesday afternoon. Lance came to my office parking deck and had the crack in my windshield repaired the next day. At the time of the appointment scheduling - the insurance company gave me a 4 hour window.... BUT Lance called that morning and gave me the actual 30 minute window when he would be there. He showed up on time and fixed it fast. Excellent service.

My experience at Safelite was awesome, worry free and quick..

This is my 3rd experience in the past 16 months with repairs to my windshield and Safelite had provided excellent service each and every time.

As you can guess I had a crack in my windshield and needed it repaired. I made a call and was informed by an operator (did not write her name) that the crack that I had exceeded the repair option. She gave me the quote for an office visit and a home visit. I chose the office visit. She was able to get me an appointment for 0800 hrs this morning. I went to the office at 15375 Anacapa in Victorville CA. When I walked into the office I was addressed by name when I gave my appointment time. The office was spotless and well lit. I could look into the work bays and was impressed by the cleanliness of the work areas and neat and clean dress of all of the employees. I was informed of the procedure to replace the window and the time involved and the total cost. A worker introduced himself and ask for the keys. I watched as he placed a cover over the seats before he entered the vehicle. He pulled the vehicle into an open bay. One employee came to the vehicle with the new window and appeared to check the paper work to make sure that it was the correct one. He then proceeded to clean the inside and outside of all of the windows in the vehicle. When the work was completed I was given instructions to care for the window for the next twenty four hours and the proper washing techniques to keep the window clean after that. They ask if I was satisfied and then went over the bill to make sure that I knew what I was paying for. I was also introduced to the manager Mr. Dan Jones Sr. He ask if I was satisfied and did they meet my expectation. I agreed that they more than meet my expectations. I will recommend this company and this office to all of my friends as the only place to obtain service. The price was very reasonable for the service received. You were recommended by AAA and I liked your ads.

the windshield glass of my car broke and had to be replace, called my insurance and they recommended replacement and the company to get it done with

Fast, courteous service. Price was exactly what was quoted. No extras or add-on without my consent. Only minor problem is there was no cleaning of glass shards after removal. No intent of vaccuming or cleaning dashboard. Moldings around front windshield was put on weird. Other than that a great experience

I called to schedule an appointment and we scheduled promptly. I went to the scheduled appointment and was given a place to sit and coffee. Large screen TV to keep us ocuppied. He said it would be ready in 30 hr and the car was ready in 20 minutes. Clean waiting area.
