service organization based in Columbus, Ohio. The company is comprised
of three major business operations that include automotive glass fulfillment
services, operating under the trade names Auto Glass SpecialistsTM,
Elite Auto GlassTM, GlasproTM, Safelite AutoGlass,
and Windshield ProsTM; windshield manufacturing; and fleet and
insurance claims management services.

auto glass repair and replacement services, with company-owned operations
providing convenient mobile service to more than 90 percent of the U.S.
drivers in all 50 states. We fix all types of auto glass damage in all types
of vehicles. In addition to replacement services, Safelite AutoGlass operates
a team of repair specialists that are dedicated to delivering the highest
quality windshield repairs in the industry. As the largest repair organization
in the U.S., Safelite's repair technicians service more than 400,000 windshields
each year. By using state-of-the-art tools, Safelite AutoGlass ensures the
highest quality repairs and replacements.
Safelite joined the Belron US family of companies in March 2007.
Auto Glass Specialists
Auto Glass Specialists, a member of the Belron US family of companies since
2005, is the Midwest's leading auto glass repair and replacement company for
high quality work and exceptional customer service. The employee-owned company
grew from a one store operation in Madison, Wisconsin in 1961 to 60 service
centers in five states. Auto Glass Specialists also introduced a windshield
repair division named Aegis Windshield Repair® (now Aegis Tools International®),
which was the first of its kind in the nation. Auto Glass Specialists, also
known as the "Guys in the Little Red Trucks," operate in Iowa, Illinois, Michigan,
Minnesota and Wisconsin.
Elite Auto Glass
Elite Auto Glass is one of the largest regionally based auto glass companies
in the nation, with 29 locations serving Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Washington,
Wyoming and Southern California. All Elite Auto Glass technicians are certified
to ensure a proper, safe installation each and every time. Elite Auto Glass,
which has been in business since 1990, has also been named one of the "top 25
most influential glass companies in America" demonstrating the company's commitment
to quality and service.
Elite Auto Glass joined the Belron US family of companies in May 2005.
Insurance Claims Management
Safelite Solutions
Safelite Solutions provides complete claims management solutions for the nation's
leading fleet and insurance companies. The company currently serves as the third
party administrator of auto glass claims for more than 100 insurance and fleet
companies, including 17 of the top 30 property and casualty insurance companies.
Safelite Solutions manages a network of nearly 11,000 affiliate providers and
operates two national contact centers in Columbus, OH.
Wholesale Auto Glass
Service AutoGlass
Service AutoGlass is a national provider of wholesale auto glass products as well
as installation and repair materials and tools. Service AutoGlass provides service
to auto glass companies through a network of 83 warehouses located throughout the
U.S.
Auto Glass Manufacturing
Safelite Glass Corp.
The nation's largest exclusively domestic producer of original equipment equivalent
windshields for aftermarket, Safelite Glass Corp. has a manufacturing and distribution
facility in Enfield, NC. The manufacturing facility serves both Safelite AutoGlass
and the customers of Belron US's wholesale operations, Service AutoGlass. Safelite's
manufacturing and distribution facility is ISO-9001 certified.
