Request Support from the Safelite® Charitable Foundation

Our mission is to support organizations that promote the health and well-being of families. We achieve this through monetary and in-kind contributions and volunteer hours.

Before starting the application, please review our definitions of organizations not currently supported, applications requirements and processing deadlines. Please answer each question in its entirety.

Foundation Support Application

Organizations requesting support must be a 501(c)3 nonprofit with a valid tax ID. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to these requirements.
