You cannot limit sharing if your insurance claim is processed or fulfilled through us. We have to communicate the claim and work information to your insurance company in order to complete the work.
When does Safelite® Group begin sharing my personal information if I am a new customer?
If you are a new customer who contacts us directly and wants to complete insurance-related work, Safelite® Group will share your information with your insurance company immediately.
If you contact your insurance company first and they refer you to us, the insurance company may have already provided your personal information to us.
