Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good Manager; what went wrong in the shop? I was treated very well by the manager. (I'd recommend him) Didn't feel threatened and was concerned to get the install correctly. However, I question the employees' efficiency in that they let me leave the facilities the first time without "putting my vehicle back together entirely-lost part". And I sense that they knew what had been done incorrectly. However, after coming back for the second windshield replacement, it was finally fixed successfully.

I have used them before in several different states, but basically chose them for the convenience of working with them through my insurance company. I have always had great service from Safelite, especially the field personnel that come to my location, such as my place of employment. For various reasons, I chose to come to your shop on Main Street in Longmont, CO this time. One employee in particular made an impression on me. I misunderstood the amount of time it would take to do the service and when they asked me if I would be staying or coming back, I asked how far it was to the closest WalMart. I found out it was over a mile and so I decided to just hang out in the waiting area. "Mark" offered to drive me to and pick me up from the store while my car was being worked on. He was courteous and professional and even unloaded my groceries and put them in my car for me when we returned. He said it was a service they provide anyway, but his polite demeanor and consideration were above and beyond the usual good service. The windshield replacement, as always was excellent. However, what I as a customer tend to notice the most is the human factor. It was clear that this young man cares about doing the job well and being a good representative for the company he works for. Thank you!
