Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick and Courteous Adam called me that morning to give me an estimate on when he'd be there, and then called me again with a 15 minute heads up. He was thorough in cleaning up the old glass (it had shattered) from both the car and the ground. He made sure that everything fit properly. And he did it all quite quickly. He was very friendly to talk to as well.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Excellent end product but not timely I recently had my windshield replaced and chose to take it to the Safelite location because I assumed it would have been faster than them doing it on-site at my home. It was estimated to take between 90-120 minutes for the install. It actually took 270 minutes from the appointment time until completed...which was more than twice the estimated time allotted. That is not desirable for any business I would think. The workers also left paper towels in the front seat from the install and the windshield wipers they installed were not fully seated and locked into place as well...and after completion I found much cheaper locations that would have given me the windshield for about $150 less than the cost of the "preferred" vendor recommended by my insurance carrier.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Replacement We had our windshield replaced recently. As a whole, the company was very prompt and attentive. The customer service rep did forget to mention that if they replace at your home or business, they need a garage if it is snowing and or cold. Because they did not tell us this, and we had asked for them to repair it while my husband was working and the car parked in an open lot, the repair representative came and drove the car back to their garage to do the replacement. It saved us having to make an appt at their garage and miss work. I thought that level of customer service was great.

The job was done in under an hour - and it almost felt like I was in a new car:) Excellent job, no complaints. I've used Safelite before this visit, and will certainly use them again.
