Our digital tools make it easy for you to do everything from getting the claim started to diving in and leading your policyholder through the whole process.

With your policyholder on the phone, you can use our online claim form to enter basic information. Then you can choose to have Safelite take over and contact them, or you can schedule the appointment for your policyholder yourself. 

If you’d like to be even more involved and keep your policyholder informed along the way, you can log into Agency Advantage, which offers even more functionality. In addition to beginning the claims process and scheduling the appointment on your policyholder’s behalf, you can also monitor and track multiple claims through the dashboard and even see policyholder satisfaction scores.

And, if you operate in the greater Boston area and parts of Massachusetts and still use EasyGlass, you can continue to file claims with the EasyGlass online tool.
