We know auto glass (and you should too!)

The best glass installed by America’s most experienced auto glass specialist

With more than 70 years in the auto glass industry, we know glass. We understand that a car’s windshield is one of its most important safety features, which is why we buy all our glass from the same companies that supply vehicle manufacturers. Additionally, any auto glass installed in the U.S. must meet standards set by the National Highway Safety Administration, the Department of Transportation, and Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 205.

The 3 classes of auto glass:

OEM

Original equipment manufacturer

  • Also known as dealer glass or logo glass
  • Is made by the same manufacturer as the vehicle’s original glass
  • Automaker’s logo typically appears on the windshield

OE

Original equipment

  • Meets the same standards and specifications as OEM glass
  • Is made by the same manufacturer as the vehicle’s original glass
  • From a tier-one supplier, so it’s not stamped with the automaker’s logo

OEE

Original equipment equivalent

  • Same standards and specs as OEM glass
  • Made by a non-OEM-approved supplier
  • Often referred to as aftermarket glass

What does it all mean?

All three types of glass meet the same quality and safety standards. The only difference? Cost.
