How did you get started as a technician? I started my journey as a repair medic, and eventually decided to take on a new role. So I went through the training class to be a technician and it’s been a perfect fit for me.

What does Justin’s leader say about him? Justin is a very compassionate, trustworthy and driven technician who leads by example. He always strives to be the best and take care of every customer with the service excellence he’s known for.

What’s the best thing about being a technician? I enjoy the challenges presented by the technical aspect of the job, and being in the field with customers. Giving them good service is one of the best parts of my job.

What’s the most memorable experience you’ve had at Safelite? I’ll always remember how great it felt to win the divisional level Best of Belron competition this year.

Outside of work, what are you passionate about? In my spare time, I’m especially passionate about two things – brewing beer and mountain biking.
