How did you get started as a technician? I was referred to Safelite AutoGlass by another technician. He told me that it was a great company to work for with room to grow.

What’s the best thing about being a technician? Getting the opportunity to work with new customers every day and help them with a problem.

What’s the most memorable experience you’ve had at Safelite? The Race Against Cancer event we did with the D-backs. It felt good to be able to do something that helped our community.

Do you have a favorite customer experience? I had a customer who was a Veteran and had a long conversation with me about life and how the struggles we go through every day pay off in the end. He was a fighter pilot in the U.S. Air Force and flew missions in Vietnam.

Outside of work, what are you passionate about? Getting to spend time with family and play with my kids.

Just for fun: What’s your dream car? I would love to have a special edition Chevy Silverado!
