2nd appointment they brought the wrong windshield.
3rd appointment the technician called and said he was going to be late after the 4 hour time allotment. Then he cracked the new windshield upon installation.
4th appointment to replace the new cracked windshield technician didn’t put the wiper blades back on right. They smack each other now. When you pull them up you have to bend passenger wiper out from the hood. You have to bend driver wiper out from the passenger wiper.
Technician didn’t put right and left side pocket windshield cowlings back right and glued them down to that black tar adhesive.
Left black tar adhesive all over hood and sides of doors.
It took about 7 Saturday’s for them to improperly put my new windshield in. I’m glad I know my car and can take care of the wipers not being properly placed myself. As well there is a part missing on the driver side wiper mount.
The receptionists Jessica and Nikki were very nice through all of this however. They get an A+.
Glad insurance covered it. That’s the only thing that kept me cool through this. The time I had to wait and the hours I gave up is one thing. The shotty end product was another. That’s why I wrote this.
