Professional, Fast and efficient

I loved my experience with safelite , it was prompted and very professional.

I took my car in to get the windshield replaced. They somehow blew the fuse in the smart junction box which left the car unable to start (it’s a push button start.) I had to have it towed to the dealership to get repaired. I was told I would be reimbursed. That was over 2 months ago and I can’t get any response from Safelite about where my check is that I was told was being sent that week. I was forced to do all the legwork to get this problem solved. Safelite has zero contingency plan for if something goes wrong, not even a single phone call to follow up. My car was literally pushed into the parking lot and left for me to deal with. Between all the time going back and forth between the dealership and Safelite trying to figure out how the repairs were going to be paid for and waiting for the repairs, I was without my car for 6 or 7 days and the cost of my new windshield was doubled. Not a great experience.
