Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just a phone call Most places want you to use their website and the phone assistance is terrible because of it. That was NOT the case in this instance. My mother's 20-year old car's rear windshield just shattered and fell out one morning for no obvious reason. Fortunately there are other cars to drive. I was not near the computer and wanted to get something scheduled. I intended to schedule a time to take the car in and knew I was only available for the weekends like most people so called to allow them time to get me a weekend appointment. I gave the rep the made and model of the 20-year old car. She found the windshield and offered to schedule the appointment. She said for $35 a technician could come to the house, which is 40 miles from the nearest store. I jumped on the opportunity. The technician was supposed to send me a text or contact me when he was on his way. That was the only thing that did not exceed my expectations. I didn't get the text and the tech arrived a little early. Everything else about this entire experience was stellar.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No complaints at all! I had Safelite replace my windshield at work last week. Kendall was my tech and he was awesome, very professional and very friendly. I had zero problems with the whole process. From booking the appt online to Kendall finishing the work. He did a great job! I would recommend them to anyone!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor service by installation tech The windshield is good. However, the rear view mirror was installed upside down and fell off in my hand. The passenger windshield wiper was not adjust correctly and was up on the windshield. It took a week to have the tech come back out. He just laughed and told me I didn't have the rear view mirror pushed on all the way (after I fixed his mistake). He looked at the windshield wiper and laughed and said " yep. Guess I missed that." He did fix both issues and apologize but was definitely not sincere and laughing while he apologized. I waited a week to have this fixed and be treated like a stupid female. Guess the jokes on him. He probably didn't think I was smart enough to write a review
