Providing peace of mind

Customer safety and security are important to us. After scheduling mobile service, customers who provide an email address will receive a technician profile email with the name, photo and credentials of the technician scheduled for their auto glass appointment.

Valuing your time

We know that your time is precious. Customers will be given a time frame for the appointment when scheduling. For added convenience, our technicians will call each customer on the morning of the appointment to provide a more accurate time of arrival based on their schedule.

Innovative technology

Safelite uses Dispatch Software technology, which combines technician and customer locations, inventory, traffic and time-related information to keep appointments running smoothly. The software is linked with technician's mobile applications that manage job statuses and can take care of paperwork wirelessly at your home.

Mobile service tips:

• It's not required that you be with your vehicle during auto glass service, but you are more than welcome to watch and ask any questions of your trained and certified technicians during the repair or replacement process.
• Inclement weather can make it difficult for technicians to provide auto glass service outdoors. Have shelter available just in case.
• Your technician may also require the keys to your vehicle to access the damage. If you're having work done at your home or office, you may want to leave your keys with a trusted neighbor or receptionist in the event that you are unavailable.
