Safelite Group Acquires Quick’s Glass Service
COLUMBUS, Ohio – Safelite® Group, the nation’s leading vehicle glass services and recalibration company and owner of Safelite® AutoGlass, announced today an agreement to acquire the assets of Quick’s Glass Service. The transaction was completed at the close of business October 25, 2019.
Quick’s Glass Service has been in business for decades, owned and managed by Clint Harless. The company currently operates various brands in the northern Central Valley of California, including Quick’s Glass Service, Sacramento Autoglass and Stockton Auto Glass. The company and its staff have earned a solid reputation through strong values, hard work and dependable customer service.
