Safelite® Vegas General Manager Named as Finalist in 2013 Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service


LAS VEGAS, Nev. –  Jan. 29, 2013 - Safelite AutoGlass’s Las Vegas General Manager Steve Parker was named a finalist in the seventh annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service, and will ultimately be a Gold, Silver, or Bronze Stevie Award winner in the “Customer Service Manager of the Year” category.

More than 1,100 entries from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted to this year’s competition, an increase of 10 percent over 2012. Finalists were determined by the average scores of 120 professionals worldwide, acting as preliminary judges. 

Parker oversees Safelite’s Las Vegas market, which includes six locations and approximately 60 employees. For the last three years, his market has ranked among the top three markets for customer satisfaction scores.

Safelite® uses the Net Promoter Scores (NPS) method to measure customer satisfaction. Parker’s market has continually improved its NPS, and also is consistently above the company-wide average.
