Safelite's Lanno Appointed to Board of Directors

COLUMBUS, Ohio - Dino Lanno, senior vice president of supply chain for Safelite AutoGlass®, has been appointed to Columbus' LifeCare Alliance board of directors.

"We are thrilled to have Dino as a member of our board of directors," stated Chuck Gehring, president and CEO of LifeCare Alliance. "He brings a wealth of expertise in operations which will assist us greatly as we plan our future growth."

Since coming to Safelite® in 1989, Lanno has held numerous leadership positions in procurement, supply chain, materials management, sales, manufacturing, warehousing/distribution, and logistics. Prior to joining Safelite®, Lanno served in multiple engineering, manufacturing and management roles for WearEver Aluminum, a subsidiary of Alcoa and Hamilton Beach Proctor-Silex. He was primarily responsible for engineering and production management and small appliance design. He possesses multiple design patents.

Lanno graduated from The University of Michigan with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and earned his master's degree in business administration from Ohio University.
