Assistant Vice President Mike Naoom elected treasurer of CIECA Board of Trustees
PALM SPRINGS, California – Safelite® Solutions, a leading provider of fleet and insurance claims management services, is proud to announce that Assistant Vice President, Claims Experience Mike Naoom was elected treasurer of the Collision Industry Electronic Commerce Association’s (CIECA) Board of Trustees. Naoom joined the CIECA board in 2017 and currently serves as secretary.
Naoom has been with Safelite Solutions since 2016. He is responsible for auto claims product development strategy and implementation.

As an elected member of the board’s executive committee, Naoom will help oversee business matters throughout the year and plan the agenda for future board meetings. His election is for a five-year term.
CIECA develops electronic standards, codes and standard messages, and provides implementation guides to make the industry more efficient. All standards are developed by members. CIECA membership is open to the collision repair and property restoration industries, along with related segments: repairers, insurers, OEMs, parts and material suppliers, information and software providers, car rental companies, towing companies, salvage and recycled parts providers, auto glass replacement facilities, subrogation providers, general service providers and property restoration providers. CIECA’s goals are to deliver benefits to all participants through reduced development and support costs, lower cost of implementation, reduced barrier to entry and faster development times.
