If our new philosophy feels familiar, it’s because it’s built on the foundation of our Safelite Spirit® that we have and will always encourage in our associates. Part of living that spirit is understanding that we are all more than our job titles. We’re mothers, fathers, friends and neighbors. And as we look toward the future, we’ll continue to be inspired by what happens when we’re willing to go above and beyond our silos and titles for clients, customers and one another. Not just as associates, but as people.

We are more than just a glass company. We are at a pivotal moment in our Safelite story. Our culture and history have paved the way for our future. We must continue to evolve and understand the strategies we used to get here, because they won't be the same set of strategies to take us there. It will take unity and moving forward together as one team. This is a big step, but it will help us become stronger and better prepared for the journey ahead. And there’s no team I'd rather share this journey with.
