Safelite AutoGlass Featured in New Business Book, "The A Player"
COLUMBUS, Ohio – Safelite AutoGlass®, the largest vehicle glass repair and replacement service provider in the U.S., is being featured in the opening segment in a new business book, The A Player, by Rick Crossland.
Businesses filled with A-Players are not only more profitable and able to share in that prosperity, but those employees are happier and lead more purpose-filled lives as well. The A Player is intended to teach people the required steps to achieve and sustain A-Player performance and lead the charge in creating remarkable steps both personally and professionally.
In the book, released January 2017, Crossland opens with the story of Safelite AutoGlass’s journey to become People Powered, Customer Driven… and how a leadership transformation helped improve employee engagement as well as overall business performance.

The A Player is available in both paperback and hardcover versions. It can be found at bookstores nationally, as well as all online booksellers. The eBook version will be available in February 2017.
