Safelite helped me replace a half-shattered windshield and was initially satisfied when I called because I needed to reschedule the service to accommodate my needs and my schedule. Moreover, when I arrived, the receptionist explained my options in cost and my insurance coverage so it allowed me to make the best possible decision. Finally, I was very impressed with Manny as he welcomed me, introduced himself, explained to me the work he was going to be performing, and explained what to expect when he finished installing the windshield.

The Pineville location did a great job on a windshield replacement for our Toyota Camry. There was great communication every step of the way. The replacement is great and the job was completed on time as promised. I would definitely use Safelite again.
