Customer service was nice and he did a great job

Repair on my 2010 Toyota 4Runner Limited was quick and professional. It was a Mobile repair of my SUV Front Windshield at my home drive way in Las Vegas.

The gentleman at the counter was exceptional

Orlando was our technician and was absolutely wonderful. We were given a window off 8am to 1 pm for the service call. Orlando called us around 8:15 to introduce himself and let us know we would be his second call, probably between 11 and 12. He later let us know he would be here by 11:30. He was prompt, professional and personable when he arrived. He explained everything he was going to do as he was setting up his equipment and coving the seats of the car to protect them from falling glass. He told us how long to expect the job to take. When he was done, he called us outside to show us the windshield. He has completely vacuumed out the car, blew out the heater and air conditioner vents (we had shattered glass everywhere), and cleaned up the driveway around the car and his work area. He explained how long to let the car sit before driving it and how long to wait before taking it through a car wash. He even suggested waiting an extra day to drive the car if we could because there was a lot of road construction going on in and around our neighborhood. He finished about half an hour earlier than he thought he would and encourages us to call him if we had any issues or questions. Orlando was absolutely great and I would highly recommend him and a Safelite to anyone. He was a pleasure to have around.
