Safelite AutoGlass® Wins Service Excellence Awards

Safelite's Tom Feeney Also Awarded Customer Service CEO of the Year

COLUMBUS, Ohio – www.safelite.com/, the nation’s largest provider of www.safelite.com/guide.jsp, was recognized for its world-class focus on www.safelite.com/commitment.jsp with the prestigious International Service Excellence Award in the large company category. Tom Feeney, who was named Safelite’s president and CEO after 20 years of service at the company, also earned the CEO of the Year award.

The International Service Excellence Award is selected by the Customer Service Institute of America (CSIA), the professional organization delegated by International Council of Customer Service Organizations to manage the program. These awards are the world’s peak customer service awards with organizations and individuals that excel in service around the globe being nominated in a variety in categories to recognize their commitment to customer service excellence. This, CSIA received 46 nominations for the coveted prize.

Since Feeney became CEO, he has led the company through a journey to become more customer-centric. By investing in its people and providing the best resources and tools to allow them to please each customer, Safelite AutoGlass® is proud to have grown to serve 4.4 million customers last year.
