No one likes to replace a windshield, but Safelite in Pueblo, CO made it easy. They got me in ahead of my scheduled appointment and had it completed in less than an hour.

The technician did a fantastic job. Vacuumed out all the old back glass shards. Had the new glass installed in a timely manner. Definitely like the mobile service, unless rain is on the way. I don't have space in the garage for a car.

Process of scheduling appointment was quick. They listened to my previous bad experience camera alignment issues and glass type so it made this install go very smoothly. Tech guy informed me of what the process was going to be. He updated me throughout the service. He was thorough and professional.
