I submitted a review on a windshield replacement that was completed in March.
Safelite damaged my glove box door with adhesive. A Safelite technician returned and removed the adhesive leaving a white spot on the glove box door. Incompetent and careless the technician did not cover the dash during the windshield replacement.

ve received nothing but the runaround from Safelite. The tech that removed the adhesive took pictures. Not good enough. After weeks of runaround I was told to take my car to the I35 store in Austin. Pictures were taken again by another tech. He told me he would provide the pictures to management. I would be contacted in a week. That was nearly 3 weeks ago.

Waiting rooms floor was sticky with visible stain on the floor. It makes you wonder if the chairs and everything else are cleaned.

Happened in the rain on I81. . . . called USAA and appointment was set on Wednesday for Friday. James was there on time, and had it finished in an hour. Very professional. Smooth process, would highly recommend.
