This place is absolutely horrible. Customer service beyond sucks. Had an appointment, canceled because they had to supposedly order parts. Been over a week heard nothing from them. Can't contact a person, all you get is a bot or automated system.

Don't take my word for it, try to give them a call. I just wanted to ask a simple question about their Niantic location. It's impossible to break through the robot to speak to a human being. Seriously, before you consider using their service, try to connect with them. . . . that's what you can expect for customer service.
