Safelite District Manager Nathan Paul accepted the award during a luncheon attended by over 400 people at the Renaissance Oklahoma City Convention Center.

Competition entrants were ranked based on data from both employer questionnaires and employee surveys. Categories measured included: Leadership and Planning, Corporate Culture and Communications, Role Satisfaction, Work Environment and Relationship with Supervisor.
