Safelite AutoGlass® Appoints Company Veteran Dan Loyal as Vice President of Operations, Eastern U.S.
Loyal has nearly 30 years of management experience, including six years at Sears Roebuck and Company and 17 at Safelite AutoGlass®. He began with Safelite AutoGlass® in 1995 as a district manager, working his way up to division manager of Florida in 2002. In 2009, he assumed responsibility for the Mid-Atlantic division along with Florida to create the new South Atlantic division. In 2011, be became division manager for the newly formed North Atlantic division.
In his early years at Safelite®, Loyal was one of the first district managers to pilot Sunday service, to put into action Service AutoGlass®, to roll out the Mobile Pro concept and to implement the repair model. He was also the first district manager to have multiple SuperCenters. Due to his experience in Florida, he has played a key role in the development of Safelite’s Catastrophe Response Team development.
