Safelite AutoGlass® Launches Updated, Customer-Friendly Website to Celebrate 65th Anniversary
The updated website features a simpler customer interface combined with Safelite’s existing fast and easy online quoting and scheduling technology. Last year, Safelite.com was also made accessible through a mobile phone. As a result of Safelite’s commitment to the latest technology along with high-quality service every step of the way, Safelite® currently earns an average of 90.5 percent customer approval rating. The enhanced website should also contribute to increasing satisfaction scores.
“Customers will notice a nice improvement. The new site uses a lot more imagery, a cleaner design and has less text so consumers will know exactly what information is being asked of them in a simple and easy-to-follow way,” said Jennifer Kielmeyer, Safelite’s web and emerging technologies strategic marketing manager. “We hope this will make the website an even better self-service channel for consumers and give customers an easy, intuitive way to quickly schedule service and get back to their daily lives.”
