Safelite AutoGlass® Opens Fourth Dallas / Fort Worth-Area Facility with Two More Coming Soon
DALLAS, Tex. – Dec. 13, 2012 - Safelite AutoGlass®, the nation’s largest provider of vehicle glass repair and replacement services, is growing its Dallas / Fort Worth area presence, opening a new shop located at 2131 North Town East Blvd. in Mesquite, Tex. (ZIP: 75150) at the end of November.
Other shops in the area include: Plano, Tex.; Arlington, Tex.; and Ft. Worth, Tex. The company plans to open its fifth local facility in Lewisville, Tex. before end of year and a sixth in Arlington in early 2013.
The Mesquite location is 9,620 square feet, accommodating five service bays and can warehouse product inventory of up to 1,000. The customer waiting room will offer WiFi, cable television, and complementary beverages.
Elijah Bluitt serves as the store manager overseeing nine employees, including technicians that can complete either in-shop and mobile appointments. In addition to the existing seasoned staff, the company plans to hire approximately 10 new employees to meet business demands.
“We are excited to open our latest Safelite® location in Mesquite. Adding this location will help us better serve the local surrounding communities and give our customers a chance to see our bright, new facility, which will provide customers with a better experience,” said Chris Bailey, Safelite’s local general manager. “Not only can we stock more glass parts for quicker service, but the customer waiting area is larger and more comfortable.”
