Safelite AutoGlass Opens New Shop in Alexandria to Better Serve Rapides Parish Customers
ALEXANDRIA, La. – Aug. 26, 2013 - Safelite AutoGlass®, the nation’s largest provider of vehicle glass repair and replacement services, recently opened a new store located at 2080 N. MacArthur Drive, in Alexandria, La. The company first entered the market with mobile service in 2001.
The 3,600-square-foot shop will have capacity to stock 250 parts in inventory to serve more local customers with same-day, next-day appointments. Mobile service remains an option.
The company increased staff in the area to 10 to handle customer needs. Steve Ribaudo is the store manager.
“Customer service is our priority at Safelite AutoGlass® and that means we have to be prepared to repair or replace a customer’s vehicle glass when and where they need it, so we’re happy to offer the Rapides Parish community more options with the opening of this store,” said Eddie Lahaie, Safelite’s local general manager. “We look forward to continuing to serve as a trusted business partner in the community of Alexandria.”
