Safelite AutoGlass Relocates Palm Springs, Calif., Shop to Better Serve Coachella Valley Customers
The 4,900-square-foot building can stock more than 600 glass parts, which is more than nearly five times the size of the former space. It also houses three work bays as opposed to one. This will allow Safelite to provide faster service to local customers. The customer waiting room offers free Wi-Fi, cable television and complementary beverages.
Miguel Hernandez serves as the store manager overseeing six technicians, with plans to hire two technician trainees later this year.
“Customer service is our priority at Safelite AutoGlass and that means we have to be prepared to repair or replace a customer’s vehicle glass when and where they need it, so we’re happy to offer the Palm Springs community more options with the opening of this much larger store,” said Hernandez. “We look forward to continuing to serve as a trusted business partner in the community.”
In addition, Safelite also can serve area customers through any of its six other locations in Covina, Murrieta, Ontario, Redlands, Riverside, or Victorville.
Safelite customers in Palm Springs and elsewhere can receive a quote or schedule service at safelite.com or by calling 1-800-800-ASAP (2727). Both in-shop and mobile vehicle glass service appointments are available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
