Safelite AutoGlass® Relocates St. Louis Warehouse to Larger Facility to Offer Best Vehicle Glass Inventory in the Market


ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Dec. 12, 2012 - On December 7, 2012, Safelite AutoGlass® relocated its St. Louis warehouse from 10855 Metro Court in Maryland Heights to 2055 Westport Center Drive in St. Louis to better serve local customers with the best product inventory in the market.

The new 39,000 square-foot facility will also accommodate up to eight vehicles for service at a time, compared to two in the former space. The customer waiting room will offer WiFi, satellite television as well as complementary beverages. Mobile service remains an option for customers who need service at their home or place of business.

Robert Diefenbach serves as the general manager, overseeing 40 employees, including Ken Campbell and Nick Parson, technician managers; Pawel Mirakowski and Mike Rohr, warehouse managers; and Amanda Kerley, customer service supervisor.

Next year, Diefenbach will hire new employees to meet the needs of the larger facility.

“We are excited to relocate our St. Louis warehouse to a larger facility that will help us serve the community in a much more convenient and quick manner,” said Diefenbach. “In addition to this warehouse, we also offer five other shop locations throughout greater St. Louis. We hope the community will continue to turn to Safelite for all their vehicle glass repair and replacement needs.”

Both in-shop and mobile vehicle glass service appointments are available from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday.
