Safelite Continues Growing Columbus Contact Center

Open House Scheduled for November 10

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Nov. 4, 2011 – The nation’s leading provider of vehicle glass repair and replacement services, Safelite AutoGlass®, continues to expand its Columbus national contact centers. In November, the company will hire approximately 55 new customer service representatives. These part-time positions offer flexible scheduling and benefits. Professional development and coaching is provided to all associates in the contact center along with opportunities for advancement.

An Open House is scheduled November 10, 9 a.m.–12 p.m. and 1–4 p.m., located at 2231 Schrock Road.

The contact center continues to grow to better serve Safelite’s expanding business. Sales in 2010 reached an all-time high of $1.065 billion. Safelite AutoGlass® currently employs 800 people in its Columbus, Ohio contact centers and 700 people in its Phoenix contact center.
