About being a customer service representative

Our organized, energetic, and client-facing reps deliver seamless and memorable customer experiences to our auto glass repair customers. They do this by handling inbound calls with questions and concerns regarding scheduling, billing, inventory, and more from our customers, policyholders, insurance agents, and/or auto glass shops.

Who can be a customer service representative at Safelite?

  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails from customers, policyholders, insurance agents, and/or auto glass shops.
  • Locate and source out-of-stock items assessing internal channels to secure the required part in the timeliest and most cost-effective manner.
  • Assess the needs of callers and resolve concerns quickly or escalate as needed.
  • Schedule appointments, assist technicians with work order discrepancies, verify insurance coverage information, alter existing scheduled appointments, and answer customer questions.
  • Respond to all emails regarding existing and scheduled appointments in a professional manner.
  • Complete all other duties as assigned.
