I had a rear view mirror problem. My whole assembly had come loose off the windshield and was dangling by a single cord. The Kia dealership and tried, and failed, to fix it. I thought to myself that These glass people take these mirrors off every day and put them back on, they must know what they are doing, so I will give it a try. I walked in without an appointment, told them my issue and they took my car right back. In 10 minutes, they were done. Kia of Amarillo had kept my car 4 days. Safelight had me in and done within literally 10 minutes. Billy, the technician, wouldn't even charge me. Kia charged me $129 to do it wrong. The mirror is still holding a week later from Safelight. Now that's what I call service. They have my business if ever I need glass in the future. Thank you Safelight for restoring my faith.

I called Safelite and they literally came out the next morning. They were early to their appointment and finished quickly. Not only was the technician very professional, he replaced my cabin filter, wiper blades and washed all the windows! Excellent experience and I will continue to use Safelite in the future
