Safelite has always done me right. Their techs are top notch. . If I had any complaints it would be that recalibranion is very expensive. . . But I guess the equipment to do it is also very expensive. . Id recommend them. .

I had an appointment for windshield repair, a rock hit my windshield while driving. . My window was like this for approximately 2 weeks. The crack did not expand at all during this time while my car sat in extreme heat. Yesterday, the reps come to my job for repair. I was busy with meetings, so I ran my keys out and returned to work. I got a call saying to come outside. The tech tells me he can't fix my window because my AC doesn't work and he thinks my window will crack all the way across and today is the day it will happen and starts telling me the price to replace the entire windshield and not to go to any other shops because they are fraud. I say ok cool, but I'm skeptical. I walk away, but I wait outside for 10 min waiting for them to leave. They don't leave or even get in the van, they just keep standing by my car. I have to get back in, so I go. When I get off work at 630 pm, low and behold I have a crack going halfway across my windshield! S crack that hasn't budged until they came. Now I have to replace the entire windshield?! Do not trust these people!!!! Maybe it's because I'm a woman? Don't know but don't trust them, I wish I had a camera on my car for proof.

My replacement was done ahead of the scheduled time due to a cancellation. Chris was the technician and explained everything when he was finished. It was done in a timely and professional manner. I would recommend Safelite to anyone looking for a quality replacement.
