Technician was great give him a ten, very nice, respectful, good quality of work. Customer service and reaching someone is a whole other issue, trying to speak to someone reliable was exhausting. If a repair is ever needed, I will look at other options. I was switched around so many times; told I would receive a call back that never happened and placed on hold numerous times just to schedule the appointment. You don't even speak to a CSR in your area. Don't know if others have the same complaint but that system needs to be refined. My bad review is based on that only.
