Lauren arrived earlier than expected which is almost always better for me. He was very well mannered. He explained everything to me and got started right away. He replaced the glass, but there was a glitch in the calibration part. I did have to take it to the shop. Once I arrived Christian was expecting me and took my car right in. I was in and out in about 10-15 minutes. I was very pleased with the service I received throughout the entire process.
