Darrien completed my windshield replacement in my driveway today. He gave me a courtesy call about 2 hours prior to his arrival to let me know when he would arrive. Once he was here he was very polite and respectful and replaced the windshield in about an hour. He explained aftercare instructions for the windshield and asked if I had any questions. Easy process from start to finish. The tech communicated with me the morning of the appointment and informed me he was in the way. Very professional and explained the process along with the way.
