I found the service and quality of the work to be first rate, beginning with the arranging of my appointment and processing my information. I got both emails and text messages regarding my appointment. The morning of my appointment I got a call from a representative indicating to me that an earlier opening was now available and did I want to move up my appointment. I did. Once at the offices , service could not have been better (and the coffee was quite good).

I had the windshield replaced at the LIC location and after driving away, i realized there was a defect in the screen and they had not properly recalibrated my car. I had them switch me to the Bridgehampton location to fix everything and they were excellent. First appointment of the day. The team there was so nice and efficient. Got it done so quickly and car was clean after. Really appreciate their work and kindness.

Great experience from start to finish… easy appointment and they had the windshield I wanted in stock . . they calibrated and promptly sent certificate. Receptionist was super nice 😊
