I can't tell you how many times I have used Safelite here in North Carolina. I spend a lot of time driving as part of my job and windshield cracks are common. I have had many chips repaired and most recently a new windshield installation. My only complaint is the repeated confirmations prior to an upcoming appointment in email, text, and phone calls is ridiculous; simply make consumers pay a non-refundable $50. 00 deposit when an appointment is made and you will decrease cancellations and no shows, but the repeated confirmations are a turn off.
