Most everyone at Safelite from the initial call to the actual service was really nice. The woman at the actual repair shop could have been friendlier though. Jason did the actual windshield replacement and he was super friendly, very knowledgeable and just great!!

Visited Burlington, NC Safelite. Tyler inspected damage and advised a window replacement. I filed insurance claim and made 7am appointment. I showed up fifteen minutes early, was looked after by Cecil. Said hour to hour and a half. I drove away at 8am. I'd certainly use Safelite Burlington NC again in a heartbeat and we love our new windshield.
