Difficult to speak to a real person to ask questions. i wanted to make sure that my part was in stock and that they were able to do the windshield replacement and recalibration. Unable to talk with a real person, kept going round and round with AI. When I got to the shop, they did the replacement but told me they couldn't do the recalibration. If I'd known that, I would have gone elsewhere.
