I had setup my service through Geico. The service was scheduled for a Saturday between 9-12pm. I get a phone call at 4 stating that they can’t come out. They never called to reschedule. Inhad to call my insurance to figure what the issue is. The manager of the shop said I can come in to get the service, but unfortunately that wasn’t possible for my wife or I. So we never got serviced.
