Andres the tech came out today to repair a chip. He determined it was just a surface repair. He was nice enough to get me a refund, however Upon completing the repair I noticed fine scratches above the repair area where he removed the resin with a razor.

We're sorry to hear that the repair attempt did not meet your expectations. The repair process is only an attempt to save the integrity of the glass, at times the repair may still be visible depending on the size (width and depth) of the chip. If at any time the repair spreads and or you are unhappy with the repair; that amount will be credited toward the full replacement of your windshield. We hope this information was helpful, and we appreciate your understanding. Thank you.
