The Windshield of my vehicle was scheduled to be replaced at my residence and the technician arrived on time. However, as he started the process, he discovered that the new Windshield had a cracked. He indicated that the next available date for replacement was Thursday of this week and was awaiting a call. I got no call back regarding the appointment. I'm in town until Friday and would definitely like an appointment as soon as possible. Thank's in advance for your support.

Although I believe the windshield replacement was done correctly, my problem is with their logistics of dealing with me and my appointment. I had a 12:00 appointment and was basically waiting for my car. I did leave the vehicle at 11:55am and I walked down the street for a while. When I returned @ 1:35pm I noticed my vehicle had not been touched. I mentioned this to the young lady sitting at the front desk and she attempted to tell me that all that needed to be done was calibration. I took her out to show her that the windshield had not been replaced yet. I discovered that several people had been there since 11:00am and had similar issues. Seemed like the workers put more effort into grilling burgers in the shop. If you can't handle the scheduling you publish then don't offer it!
