I made my appointment online for a windshield replacement. It was for 9:30 am on a Monday morning. I was called Saturday to confirm my appointment. I was going to have to stay there because I had no one to assist me. I was told to come in at 8:00 and they would work me in earlier. I showed up at 8 and they got right in my windshield replacement. It was done in less than 90 minutes. Thank you for working me in early.

All I can say is AWESOME! Being a surgeon myself, I can appreciate when someone comes along and demonstrates surgical perfection. Mr. Jequan did just that! He was prompt, efficient and meticulous. He contacted me ahead of schedule since the appointment prior to mine did not respond. He presented promptly at the time he gave me. He explained the window replacement process and begin to operate like a surgeon! I watched him remove a door panel and broken window with ease. I only watched him because I’m always seeking to add to my skill set. I can also add that I will leave broken glass to Safelite and not attempt to replace one myself. His installation. Of the new glass, reassembling of the door panel and cleanup was just as seamless as the above. In my mind he was complete in 20 minutes but I did not time him. Thanks Safelite and thanks Jequan! Job well done.

I’ll be brief. Took my Odyssey in for replacement of right side sliding window. Was on time no wait. Vehicle was in shop for over an hour. Was told wrong window was sent. Came back two days later window was replaced works fine, but the chrome trim was denting when work was done. Called on-site manager. I have photos of before and after to show dented chrome. No response from manager as of today.
