Scheduled a visit for safe lite to come to my home and I took 1/2 day off without pay and got a call at the last minute that he was not going to be able to make it at the scheduled time and would have to reschedule another day . After I never received a call back to reschedule another appointment I called safelite to book another appointment. Took off another 1/2 off work without pay and the service man came and said he could only replace glass did not have tools to recalibrate windshield and that I would need to take to a repair shop . Made appointment next week at the repair shop and it was taking a long time So I ask when would my car be finished and she said they are recalibrating the windshield now . I told her I came in with a brand new windshield and they did not know or ask or look up I guess and replaced The Whole thing so I have sit her for 2 hours what should of took 30 minutes.

I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment. They started working on my car promptly and in much less than 1 hour 45 minutes it was finished. My only comment was, I could have used a lot fewer text message reminders. Maybe Safelite has a problem with late arrivals and no-shows but it was too much for me.
