I was driving on I-10 East when a downpour occurred right outside Jacksonville, Florida. After the downpour, I saw a crack in the front windshield. My wife contacted Safelite in Daytona Beach and set up a Tuesday morning appointment. We arrived at 11:00AM and were received. The entire staff was friendly, courteous and totally professional. My SUV windshield replacement was completed in an hour, It was totally a great experience! I would go there, again!!!! Safelite repairs, Safelite replace!!!!

I started looking at Safelite pricing on 7/27. I received multiple Emails asking that I pick up where I left off. I finally scheduled my appointment on line for morning if 8/4. I received several calls from automated. numbers, texts & even a personal call from the Daytona Beach staff. On the morning of 8/4 I left my home in Flagler Beach for what I thought would be a 30 minute drive, putting me there 15 min ahead of my scheduled appointment. As it turned out traffic was dead stopped & my drive time was showing I would probably be an hour later than my scheduled. time. I call the service number to try & double check if they would still be able to take me, to NO avail. Only when a staff number called me was I able to discuss what was happening. I got there 30 minutes late & while the staff was very nice & the work finished very quickly I was shocked that NO incoming calls are taken. Really? You called me, you texted me and you Emailed me but it doesn't go both ways. That's not exceptional service, in my mind. I paid my bill & was emailed the receipt only to find that the glass cleaner he "was giving me as a promotion" was charged. Okay. so the work is done, the local staff was generally nice with them even giving me a business card WITH their number but corporate is missing the service mark.

Easy to schedule, flexible times, plenty of near term dates were available, replacement only took an hour. The lady who did my replacements was fantastic. Highly Recommend
